Ross J. Accardo, owner/chef, is a culinary school graduate, and was trained at the University of Palermo, Italy. His diversified background coupled with his extensive restaurant experience makes Winter Caterers a unique and sophisticated establishment. His credits follow: Tavern on the Green; Trimachi, Riviera Chateau; Head Chef of Riviera by the Sea; and owner/chef of the Harbor House.
